Hinkel Equipment Rental Associates was founded in 1953 by Walter and Gloria Hinkel, who rented a fleet of cranes, loaders, and construction equipment while putting safety, reliability, quality, and customer support at the forefront of their business. Hinkel Equipment Rentals is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE).
Hinkel Equipment Rentals has long been involved with the electrical transmission industry. In 1993, current President W. Mark Hinkel brought transmission maintenance work methods into the future with the addition of Bronto Skylift truck-mounted aerial platform lifts to the fleet. Hinkel Equipment Rentals is known as a provider of high-quality rentals, and also as a source of expertise for the support and use of Bronto Skylift equipment.
